Qualifications in Mortgage Advice

Any individual who wishes to advise customers on mortgages requires an appropriate qualification that is recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®) is firmly established as the benchmark mortgage qualification of choice.

The Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice (DipMAP®) is a higher level qualification, designed specifically for CeMAP® holders who wish to demonstrate an enriched understanding and competence in providing mortgage advice and a commitment to the highest levels of professionalism.
